We hope you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy. Our top priority is the health and safety of our associates, members and the communities we serve. | | As your state begins to re-open, we are pleased to announce that your local Sears Store and Sears Auto Center in Madison will re-open this Friday, June 5 at 11 a.m. The entire store will be open to serve you, but if you prefer to shop online, you can use our curbside In-Vehicle Pick-Up option on sears.com orders. | To ensure you are safe and comfortable returning to your local Sears Store, we will be following CDC recommendations. Our store will be clean, our associates will be ready to serve you and you can expect the following when you arrive:
• We have implemented a health screening process for all associates to follow
• All associates will be wearing masks – but they will be wearing a smile behind those masks!
• Associates will be cleaning high touch point areas throughout the day
• We have installed plastic sneeze guards at checkouts
• Visual cues will be located at checkouts to encourage social distancing
• For now, our fitting rooms will be closed
• We also are limiting in-store returns – click here for our current return policies | | Store hours will be 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon - 6 p.m. on Sunday. Sears Auto Centers will be open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and will be closed on Sunday. These hours will be subject to change based on decisions by local officials.
