Cancellation of Stake Conference

Dear Brothers and Sisters of the St. Paul Minnesota Stake:

As the worldwide effects of the COVID-19 pandemic continue to unfold, leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints have been responding with a variety of actions to help people around the world stay as safe and healthy as possible. As many of you are aware, yesterday the First Presidency of the Church announced that all public gatherings of Church members are being temporarily suspended worldwide until further notice. This includes the cancellation of this weekend's St. Paul Stake Conference, sacrament meetings and all branch, ward and stake activities. During this time, as stated by our First Presidency, we encourage members in their ministering efforts to care for one another, following the Savior's example of blessing and lifting others. We also strongly encourage you to continue, or begin, to make the "Come, Follow Me" curriculum a part of your daily lives. It will help bless and guide you.

We love you, brothers and sisters, and pray that the Lord will bless all of you with physical and spiritual health and safety. Likewise, we pray for our brothers and sisters around the world who are being most affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. We pray that the outbreak will end soon.
