Good afternoon and Happy Fathers' Day!!!I will be out of town the next several Sundays, so here are the lessons for the next two quorum meetings...
Next Sunday, Steve Wood will lead the discussion on Elder Duncan's talk from last General Conference, "A Voice of Gladness".
On July 9th, the topic will be "Jesus Christ is Relief" by Sister Johnson. Albert Weegi will be leading the group discussion that day, and Albert will be presiding at both quorum meetings.
Incidentally, Joel Helgeson performed some technical magic and the quorum lesson schedule is accessible through the home page of the Gospel Library app.
Also, we have an assignment from the Relief Society to do set up for the 4th of July breakfast. We will need at least 8-10 brethren to come at 7:45 (45 minutes early) to set up 20-22 of the round tables (with eight chairs per table), along with four of the long rectangular tables for the buffet and a couple of smaller tables at the end of the buffet for drinks.
