Brothers and Sisters of the Twin Cities YSA Ward,As I hope you have read in the email from the St. Paul Minnesota Stake Presidency, we have received authorization to enter Phase 1 of the return to holding Sacrament Meetings. The Bishopric (and soon to include the Ward Council), has been working to develop a plan that fits our ward and the unique characteristics of meeting at the Institute of Religion.
