To complement the exceptional whiskies offered, our talented Chef Chua renowned for his mastery of combining flavours and dedication to using the finest ingredients curated a bespoke menu.
Guests were treated to a seven -course meal which ranged from Drunken Chicken with Chinese herbs, Shark Fin Soup, Braised Lamb Shank, to Chinese Wok Stir Fried Wild Tiger Prawns, and the menu was perfectly harmonised with The MACALLAN's highland single malt scotch whiskies from 12 yrs, 15 yrs, 18 yrs to The Rare cast of 22 yrs.
