It is our intention that you find your ideal therapist. When you schedule your next appointment, ask for the therapist of your choice. If you need an appointment at a specific time and your therapist is not available, feel free to choose another of our exceptional therapists. We promise they will take good care of you as well. You can even get a free massage when you try at least 5 different therapists. Ask how at our front desk..

We are open 7 days a week until 9pm. Same day appointments are usually available., so go ahead and call or go online at the last minute. Scheduling your next appointment is easy with Kneaded Energy.

You have two options:

1) Call our office and let our Front Desk Team schedule with one of our therapists,

2) Schedule online at www.kneadedenergy.com and follow the link to the appointment software. You can see a live calendar and pick your appointments the same day.

If you don't see what you need online, please call. We'll get you in.

Monthly Massage Packages, How Does it Work?

There are several options as a client of Kneaded Energy. We try to make it very easy on you.

First, our pricing has not changed in over 10 years. We believe that we offer consistent value to our clients. We charge only one rate for massage. You get to choose whether you want 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes. Any massage that you choose for that time is priced the same. We do not upcharge for hot stones, deep tissue, etc. We believe that this helps us give you what YOU need.

Three years ago, at the request of our clients, we began an option that we call "Enhance Your Health". This option allows you to receive one massage each month at a much reduced cost. It is automatically billed to your credit card for convenience. Each additional massage for the month is paid at our reduced package price.

This commitment to our client, in addition to our outstanding customer service, allow us to consistently be voted "Greensboro's Best Massage Therapy".

Who is Kneaded Energy?

a brief history

Kneaded Energy was created in 1999 by Bill Norman and Shelley Johnson. Both turned 40, left successful careers and went back to school to learn massage therapy. They met in massage school and began their life together. For two years, Bill and Shelley grew their business by themselves and had the opportunity to touch many, many people in Greensboro and around the world with massage therapy.

In 2002, Kneaded Energy created the State Street Center for Renewal, a community of complementary holistic services.

In 2003, Kneaded Energy began to hire employees to help meet the massage needs of Greensboro.

It is our intention to consistently bring together the very best massage therapists practicing. Some of the most talented and experienced therapists in the industry work for Kneaded Energy. We recruit and retain these exceptional therapists by offering outstanding compensation and benefits to our employees. Working for Kneaded Energy allows the therapist to work with an extraordinary clientele that you are all.

In our history, we have serviced the athletes of the Greensboro Generals, the Greensboro Prowlers and the Greensboro Ballet. In addition, we contract with several members of the PGA tour as well as the Champions Tour. In 2004, Kneaded Energy served on the International Sports Massage Team for the Olympics in Athens, Greece.

In 2009, we made the smartest decision that we have made in our adult lives. We brought in Lesley Hobbs, our daughter, to join the team. Lesley manages the operations of all of the business. Her enthusiasm and personality are evident to all that have met her. Lesley was awarded a "movers and Shakers" award by Triad Business Leaders in 2010 for her contribution to Kneaded Energy.

As we enjoy our 23rd year of growth, we take the opportunity to ask you to go with us. Let us know what you want, what you need, what your are looking for, what you expect.
