Good Afternoon,
I want to briefly go over the process of what to do each week on the TennisPoint app. There have been several people on both of my teams that have not confirmed they are playing and need to make sure everyone is updating it as early as possible.
1. Please go in over the weekend (or Monday at the latest) and update your availability for the next weekend.
2. I will send a lineup out on Tuesday of each week based availability. You should receive an email from TennisPoint stating that you are in the lineup and to confirm you are playing. For those not in the lineup, TennisPoint will send you an email with a message stating to still come out ready to play. The point of the league is to have fun and get as many people out there as possible to sub into the match.
3. For those that got the message that you are NOT in the lineup, there is nothing left to do but show up (if possible) to sub into the match. For those that are in the lineup, please go into the app and confirm you are playing. I set the lineup each week by first looking for people that have stated available to play on the app. If there are not enough people that can play on a certain court, I look to people that are showing "not sure" or "last resort" under availability. If I put you in the lineup and you fall under one of these categories, please go in as soon as you know your plans for Friday evening and confirm whether you can play or not. Or shoot me a message if you won't find out until later in the week so I can get someone on standby to fill in.
