Brethren,
On Tuesday, April 13 the city of Brooklyn Park will hold a special mayoral election. Our chapel is one of the designated polling stations. It is church policy that a member of the church be onsite and present while polling is open. All 3 wards have been asked by the stake presidency to provide support during the election.
Shingle Creek Ward has the 6 am to noon timeslot and we are looking for 2 brethren to fill the 8 - 10 am timeslot and the 10 am - 12 pm timeslot. These are 2 hour timeslots.
Additional details about the responsibility will be provided to the two brethren willing to assist. This is a unique opportunity to fulfill a priesthood assignment and a civic duty at the same time.
