Dear Brothers and Sisters,
We are looking forward to meeting with you during our Anoka MN Stake Conference on April 24th-25th. The focus of the conference will be on hearing the voice of the Savior. We are excited for the opportunity to learn together from those who have been asked to speak. We pray that the Spirit will teach you how you can invite more revelation from heaven.
As part of the conference, there will also be a reorganization of the Stake Presidency. President Rasmussen will be released. He recently retired, and he and his wife are preparing to serve a full-time senior mission. A new counselor has been called and will be sustained at the General Session of conference on Sunday, April 25 at 10 am. We are grateful for President and Sister Rasmussen and their tremendous service to our stake.
All stake conference sessions will be held at the Crystal building, 2801 Douglas Drive N., with the availability of both in-person attendance and a live-streamed broadcast. If you would like to attend the General Session on Sunday, we ask that you sign up in advance so that we can make sure we adhere to current social distancing guidelines. There will be plenty of space to attend the other three sessions in person (social distanced), so there will be no sign-ups necessary for those.
