Good evening, brothers and sisters!
On behalf of the bishopric, I'm happy to share additional details regarding the sacrament meeting session which you have been asked to attend. In order to meet state safety guidelines and to increase safety, we need to limit attendance at each meeting to those who have been invited and appreciate in advance your sustaining efforts in this regard.
Members of the Relief Society and elders quorum presidencies met and prayerfully and logistically considered the needs and locations of each member in our ward. The decisions were made primarily based on distance from the Institute building, according to your current address on file (again, if you need to have that address changed, please reach out to two of our clerks, Seth Bagley and Mark Smith).
**You are invited to attend the 11:30am session on 1st and 3rd Sundays.**
Please note that the building will be sanitized before your session; the doors will open for the congregation about 15 minutes before the meeting begins. We ask that all members please wear a mask when attending sacrament meetings.
Also, please do not worry if you are currently out of the area; you are welcome to participate when you return. For those in the area who are unable or uncomfortable attending their assigned sacrament meeting, but would like to receive the sacrament, please contact Bishop Stoddard.
