Dear Brothers and Sisters,
We are truly blessed to have the St. Paul temple close by, providing us with the opportunity to attend and partake of its sacred blessings. This year the St. Paul temple will be closed for extended maintenance from May 6th until October 28th. Before this temporary closure, we want to extend a heartfelt invitation to each of you to attend the temple regularly.
The Prophet Russell M. Nelson has shared "Our need to be in the temple on a regular basis has never been greater. If you have reasonable access to a temple, I urge you to find a way to make an appointment regularly with the Lord. I promise you that the Lord will bring the miracles He knows you need as you make sacrifices to serve and worship in His temples."
With Holy Week and Easter quickly approaching, let us remember the significance of attending the temple as part of our preparation. Just as we commemorate the sacred events of Christ's atonement and resurrection, attending the temple can help us grow closer to Christ. As we serve and worship in the temple, the Lord will work miracles in our lives and the lives of those we love. We encourage you to make the necessary arrangements in your schedule for the temple to be a priority in our lives and to receive the blessings that come from regular attendance.
