Onsite Bookkeeper - Monday - Friday 16-24 hrs. QuickBooks required. We currently operate 5 small family owned businesses and this position would be entering financial transactions of all 5 businesses, onsite (not remote). This position would be responsible for entering all transactions into QuickBooks and reconcile all client transactions that include gift certificates, monthly payments and daily payments and balance bank accounts. Enter and reconcile all student accounts, tracking payments and monthly invoices for outstanding balances and be VA compliant.. Work directly with business owners and CPA for ETPS payments, making sure all bills and taxes are accounted for and paid on time.
Other skills, qualifications and expectations: Professional, outgoing, courteous, "yes" mentality, excellent communication skills, multi-tasker, problem solver, confidentiality, team player, organized, spatial planning, flexible, ethical, enjoys food and a great sense of humor.
Our office is odor neutral (good and bad), dress is business casual. High school diploma required, tech savvy, multi-line phone systems, online appointment software.
Compensation Package for Position
- $16-20/hour to start
