Tomorrow we return to regular full 2-hour church meetings beginning at the new time of 12:00 noon. Sacrament meeting will be from 12:00-1:00 with our second hour of meetings from 1:10-2:00. We will no longer be broadcasting our meetings on Zoom to the general ward membership. Any administration of the sacrament outside of sacrament meeting also will now require individual authorization from the bishop.
A few reminders as we return to all in-person meetings:
- All those who have not been fully vaccinated should wear masks, including Primary children. Anyone who prefers to wear a mask is also welcome to do so.
- All brethren preparing, blessing, and passing the sacrament should wear masks and use hand sanitizer right before participating in the ordinance.
- We have removed the signs blocking certain rows in the chapel and no longer require social distancing from those outside your household. Please be mindful, however, of those who still want or need to social distance and respect their personal space in your interactions.
This will be the last regular weekly message from the bishopric about our meeting times. We rejoice at this return to a regular weekly meeting schedule and the blessings the Lord has given us throughout the pandemic. May you continue to turn to Him each day and receive the peace He is so willing to give.
