Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As many of you already know, rioting and looting have happened in Minneapolis and Saint Paul over the past 24 hours. From what I can tell, much of this has been focused on Lake Street in Minneapolis and Midway and University Avenue in Saint Paul. Businesses, construction sites, and police have been targeted. We don't know how this situation will evolve, but I hope that order will be restored soon.
If you feel unsafe and need to relocate at any point now or in the future, please tell me, or Bishop Stoddard, or Tia. We want to do as much as we can to make sure everyone is safe.
We have contacted many of you who are close to the action and have not yet received any reports (that I am aware of) of anyone actually needing to evacuate or receiving harm.
