Ward Sacrament Groups

Hi everyone! We are working to put together small groups to partake of the sacrament together. You should NOT feel obligated to participate in a group if you have a concern about your health and safety. If you reside with family or have family in the area, you make partake of the sacrament with them provided they have received permission from their bishop to administer the sacrament.

If you would like to participate in one of these groups, please send me a message on Facebook or an email at shaelynkessler@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your current address if it is different from what is in your membership record, whether you are able to host the group at your home, whether you can travel to the home of someone else if they were to host the group, and if you are a priesthood holder willing to help prepare and bless the sacrament. If you are not interested in participating in one of these groups, please send me a message to let me know.

Blessing and passing the sacrament is performed under the direction of Bishop Stoddard and his Priesthood Keys as bishop. Approval will be needed for each priesthood holder participating in preparing/blessing/passing the sacrament.

Creating these groups is the most efficient way to ensure that everyone has the ability to partake of the sacrament. People who do not wish to participate in a group but would still like to partake of the sacrament will want to make arrangements with Bishop Stoddard directly.

Thank you so much,

Shae Kessler
