In case you were not on President Barden's distribution list, below is information copied from an email he sent today.
Wes Briggs, one of our local YSA's, was in a serious car accident on the afternoon of May 15th. He passed away yesterday, May 23rd.
TOMORROW FRIDAY EVENING BONFIRE and MEMORIAL: Friday May 25, 2018: 7-10pm, there will be a bonfire at the Hatch's house at 19411 Heitel Way Prior Lake, MN 55372. The driveway is shared, with the Hatch's house to the left of the split. Please bring a snack (and a camp chair if you have one). We will be singing hymns, sharing favorite stories, and remembering our dear friend Wes Briggs.
SATURDAY MORNING FUNERAL for WES BRIGGS: Saturday May 26: Lake Marion Ward Announcement: Funeral Services for Wesley Briggs will be held at the Lakeville Stake Center, 18460 Kachina Ct, Lakeville MN 55044 on Saturday May 26 from 11 to 12 with a luncheon following for everyone attending the service.
Please take time, wherever you are this weekend, to remember and pray for Wes and his family.
