This designation provides us all a framework to refocus our efforts in standing up for the equality of all people as well as to celebrate the historical, artistic, technological and scientific contributions of our Black brothers and sisters. Let's live in this acknowledgement all year long. DID YOU KNOW Massage Therapy can be performed fully clothed? Fully clothed massage, wearing loose comfortable clothing allows for maximum freedom of movement and is great for a stretching session. It also provides clients the ultimate privacy, if that is a concern. Massage Therapists can provide compression all over your body but can also address specific areas, holding trigger points for relief, pressure points that stimulate energy pathways throughout the body. Myofascial release can also be performed fully clothed. Benefits of fully clothed massage can be equal to skin to skin massage, it is all about reducing stress and anxiety. Valentine's Day at Fainting Goat Spirits FGS offers tastings Fridays 3-7pm and Saturdays 1-6pm. Every Saturday we also offer our cocktail pop up in the tasting room.
