Merchant Offer Details And Terms
Coupons: If coupon offers are presented to you by the Shop Your Way browser extension and you tap to activate coupons, the extension will automatically test coupon codes to determine which, if any, saves the most money. Coupon codes may not apply to your purchase, depending on which items are in your shopping cart, timing, location, or other factors.
Reward amounts: Reward amount is calculated by the merchant, based upon the applicable rates and exclusions, which may change from time to time. Amounts may be adjusted or canceled due to returned items, suspected fraud, or other factors described within the terms and conditions.
Payment timing: On average, reward payouts occur 60-120 days after your completed transaction, but some rewards may take 180 days or longer. We provide a reward to you, in monthly batches, after we receive payment for that specific transaction from the Merchant. Merchants usually have holdback periods during which they hold a pending reward until the expiration of a return policy or until a service is consumed. Reward payouts may be subject to minimum payout thresholds and dormant account fees.
Cashback in points earned at eligible merchants with the Shop Your Way Everywhere browser extension are typically awarded within 90 days of purchase.
Members can qualify by using their installed Shop Your Way Everywhere Browser Extension or direct click through to an affiliate from this email and make a purchase in the same session. Only the recipient of this email will be eligible to earn points upon qualifying transactions made with affiliates directly through this email.
Shop Your Way points granted in this offer that are not redeemed on or before their expiration date will expire on that date at 11:59 PM CST. Shop Your Way points issued from this offer expire 30 days after issuance. Use and redemption of Shop Your Way points are subject to full Shop Your Way Terms and Conditions that are available at www.shopyourway.com/terms. Rewards: The Program and Services enable you to access and earn Rewards, subject to these Terms. Even if the Program or Services indicate that a transaction is eligible or confirmed, transactions may not earn Rewards for several reasons, without notice to you, including without limitation: Partners may alter terms, conditions, or commission rates; Partners may discontinue their programs.
