The Promotion
Effective January 15th 2023 (the "Effective Date").
Your participation in this Unifimoney New Account Trading Credit Promotion ("Promotion") is your agreement to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
When you complete the required onboarding process of opening a new account (the "Account") to access the Unifimoney platform (the "Platform") and complete a minimum of $100 of digital asset deposits through the Platform, Unifimoney, Inc. (Unifimoney") will make a one-time trading credit of $10 (the "Trading Credit") to your Account, in accordance with the disclosures below.
In order to qualify to receive the Trading Credit, you must be a new user and request and be approved by Unifimoney and platform partners to open a Platform Account through the promotional link. Within fourteen (14) days after opening your Platform Account, you then must complete a total of at least $100 in deposits of digital assets through the Platform (the "Initial Deposit"). This Initial Deposit amount may be fulfilled in any combination of one or more digital assets or transactions.
Thereafter, the minimum Initial Deposit of $100 in digital asset holdings must be retained for at least 30 days. If you engaged in multiple deposits of digital assets to fulfill the $100 Initial Deposit requirement, the 30-day period will only begin once the full $100 Initial Deposit has been made. If the value of your Initial Deposit goes below $100, as long as the holdings are retained, the Initial Deposit requirement will continue to be fulfilled. If the value of your Initial Deposit increases above $100 you may withdraw the excess amount. Any transactions in digital assets occurring outside the Platform do not count toward calculation of this Initial Deposit amount.
Note: It may take up to three (3) business days before the initial cash deposit to the cash account is available within the Unifimoney cash account and can be used for transactions in digital assets.
After engaging in the required qualifying activities, you will receive a Trading Credit of $10 to purchase assets available through the Unifimoney Platform. The Trading Credit will be reflected in the balance of your Unifimoney Account. Trading Credits can only be used to purchase assets on the Platform. Trading Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash.
You must use the Trading Credit within 30 days of it being awarded or the Trading Credit will expire. Expiration will be reflected by a corresponding debit to the Unifimoney Account of the unused portion of the Trading Credit up to the total value of $10.
By agreeing to these Terms, you warrant that you understand and agree that your investment in digital assets can lead to loss of money over short or even long periods. Investors in digital assets should expect prices to have large range fluctuations.
This offer is limited to one (1) Trading Credit per Account. The offer is not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with any other offers.
Your eligibility and qualification to open an Account on or through the Platform are subject to approval by Unifimoney and platform partners. Unifimoney may decline requests to open an Account or enroll in the Promotion at its sole discretion. This Promotion is subject to change without notice and may be terminated at any time. Unifimoney reserves the right to refuse or recover any Trading Credit if Unifimoney determines that it was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided in opening your Account, or that these Terms or any terms of the products and services provided on or through the Platform have been breached or violated. This Promotion may not be available in all jurisdictions and is void where prohibited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all interpretations of these Terms and other decisions made by Unifimoney with respect to this Promotion are final, conclusive, and binding upon participating users. Other restrictions may apply.
