The film—which again portrays the life of Elder John H. Groberg, this time as a mission president with his family in Tonga—was up against a high production bar set by the first film. The Other Side of Heaven was not only distributed by Disney but it also had a massive $11-million-dollar budget and had landed the soon-to-be Hollywood star Anne Hathaway as its lead. But for producer Mitch Davis and emeritus General Authority Seventy Elder John H. Groberg, that didn't matter. "The movie succeeded at a sufficient level to be propelled around all the world," Davis has said. "That's our objective with the new film also." He has often shared that the first film has been pirated around the world, influencing and introducing the gospel of Christ, and that is the goal with the sequel as well.
YOUNG ADULT - Married and Single - Worldwide Devotional Face to Face event with Elder Ulisses Soares and Elder Craig C. Christensen
On September 15, 2019, Elder Ulisses Soares will participate in a Worldwide Devotional Face to Face event. Elder Soares will be joined by Elder Craig C. Christensen of the Seventy. During the event they will answer questions and share experiences and testimony with the young adults of the Church. Priesthood leaders should encourage young adults (both married and single) in wards, stakes, and institute classes to gather and participate in this event. Each young adult should also be encouraged to bring a friend to the event. Full-time missionaries are invited to attend.
The broadcast will be transmitted live on the Church satellite system, ChurchofJesusChrist.org, YouTube, and other media. Where possible, priesthood leaders should coordinate with institute directors to encourage young adults to gather together to view the broadcast. A broadcast schedule listing available languages and other details will be sent approximately three weeks before the event.
How young adults can participate:

• Join the live event on ChurchofJesusChrist.org or by satellite broadcast on September 15, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. mountain daylight time. Those who cannot join the event live can watch it at YAFace2Face.ChurchofJesusChrist.org any time after the event begins.
