Front Desk Administrator - Evenings until 9pm & Weekend Shift, 18-32 hrs. In this position you will be the initial point of contact for clients, students and staff both entering the office and by phone. The primary role is to provide outstanding customer service, schedule appointments, check out clients, answer questions about all aspects of the business; school, continuing ed classes, chair events and general information about our distillery. The secondary role is therapist schedule management and room assignments, opening and closing duties, assist therapist, inventory, gift certificate sales, etc. MUST be able to MULTI-TASK!
Other skills, qualifications and expectations: Professional, outgoing, courteous, "yes" mentality, excellent communication skills, multi-tasker, problem solver, confidentiality, team player, organized, spatial planning, flexible, ethical, enjoys food and a great sense of humor.
Our office is odor neutral (good and bad), dress is business casual or black scrubs. High school diploma required, tech savvy, multi-line phone systems, online appointment software, ability to lift 30 pounds, willingness and flexibility to work with vacation/sick coverage and open to do any other job task required in the moment.
Compensation Package for Full Time/Part Time Position - Up to $18/hour to start
