Hey Everyone,
I've got two upcoming awesome wine dinners. One at Reel Seafood and one at Marks Restaurant. Both will be hosted by Mrs. Julia Hunt, Advanced Sommelier and Fine Wine Manager at American Premium Beverage. I will be there as well.
The Reel Seafood dinner is a California vs France; Chardonnay / Pinot Noir Dinner. I think its going to be really fun matching up the two from each country up against the other.
The Marks Restaurant dinner is going to be using Freemark Abbey's wines...which are some of my personal favorites. And yes, that last course is using a 2004 vintage...a rare treat for Cab Lovers.
